The requirement is for test engineering and analysis, software development, and test support services to support WSMR testing of missile defense, smart munitions, battle management, commercial and military space missions, and other systems. The test engineering and analysis portion includes all aspects of test concepts and design, test planning, test monitoring, data acquisition, analysis and reporting of test results, and flight safety analysis. The software development portion includes entire software development from requirements definition to delivery or selected development of specifications, design, coding, testing integration, documentation, and configuration management. It also includes maintenance of existing software. The test support portion includes computer operations, automatic data processing operations, system administration, investigation of requirements for computer system improvements to support test and assessment mission, documentation services, editing services for test documents, analysis of test resource data, and financial management services. The contractor shall provide all resources to meet assigned requirements other than equipment that is provided as government furnished equipment and listed in subject solicitation.
