C -- CM SERVICES FOR R&A PROJECTS REGION-WIDE SOL GS-09P-96-KYD-0007 DUE 031996 POC Contact,Katherine Szymkowicz,415/522-3296 The Construction Management (CM) contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment and incidentals to provide construction project management to repair and alteration projects for the GSA Pacific Rim Region (including California, Arizona, Hawaii, Nevada). Projects shall usually not exceed an estimated cost of construction of $1.6 million. The contract shall be a term contract for one base year, with a minimum of $5,000 guaranteed for the base year. The Government may exercise up to four one year options with a maximum ordering limitation of $1.5 million in CM fees for the base year or for any option year exercised. The Government may make mulitiple awards under this solicitation. The Government will select the successful contractor(s) under Source Selection procedures, based on a technical and fee proposal submitted in response to the Request for Proposal (RFP), and evaluated in accordance with the following criteria: past performance, staffing, interviews with those contractors in the final competitive range, and price. The procurement is being made under the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program and is open to both large and small businesses. Estimated date for release of RFP is on or about February 16, 1996. Date for receipt of proposals is one or about March 19, 1996.
