The Health Care Financing Administration intends to acquire access to economic forecasts and economic analysis necessary for the functioning of the Office of National Health Statistics (ONHS), Office of the Actuary. The successful offeror must provide a set of consistent, integrated models which will produce forecasts of the U.S. economy and the health sector and specific variables therein. These models must be supplemented by comprehensive supporting databases. The successful offeror shall provide mainframe and PC-based software, and general economic and statistical analysis. The proposed period of performance is 8 months with four one-year options. Requests for this solicitation must be made in writing and submitted to the address above and refer to HCFA-RFP-96-0005/JMP.
