This Solicitation is Unrestricted. Indefinite Quantity for Facility Floor Covering for all labor, or material and labor, equipment, transportation and supervision to perform major and minor repair work, either by patching or complete floor covering replacement and to prepare existing and new surfaces for floor coverings. Typical floor coverings to be installed include carpeting, sheet vinyl flooring, vinyl wall base, hard wood flooring, vinyl composition tile and vinyl/rubber floor tile. The Government guarantees a minimum of $30,000, will be ordered the first year of the contract. The solicitation has two one-year options that may be exercised solely at the Government's discretion with the same yearly guaranteed minimum if the option is exercised. However, the Government has no obligation to exercise either or both options. There is a $25.00 (Non-refundable) fee per set of plans and specifications. Make your company check or money order payable to the Navy Industrial Fund. (Cash and personal checks will not be accepted.) Plans and specifications will be available 30 days prior to the approximate bid opening date and UNTIL SUPPLY IS EXHAUSTED.
