The principal features of the work include operation and maintenance of thedewatering systems, aqueous carbon treatment systems, and the bioventing system; monitoring ground water levels during the period of operation of the treatment systems; monitoring air at the bioventing system; sampling soil and ground water monitoring wells as required; and sampling water treatment system influent and effluent on a quarterly basis. The location of this project is Vandenberg AFB, Santa Barbara County, California. The presolicitation notice (SF-1417) for this project is currently available. The estimated issuance date of the solicitation is March 8, 1996. The estimated date for receipt of bids is April 10, 1996. This solicitation is a total Small Business Set-Aside. For this acquisition the standard industrial classification code is 8744 and the small business size standard is $13.5 million.
