The successful offeror shall be responsible for renovations of the Federal Medical Center's sanitary and storm drains located within the secure perimeter of the fence. All of the buildings involved will remain occupied during the entire phase of construction. The magnitude of the project will be between $500,000.00 and $999,999.00. The successful offeror will be required to furnish all labor, supplies, and equipment necessary to complete this project. A pre-bid meeting will be conducted on March 12, 1996, at 9:00 A.M., at the Federal Medical Center in Ft. Worth, Texas.
