MODIFICATION: The notice of contract action published in the Commerece Business Daily (CBD) on 23 Jan 1996 is modified as follows. The Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Miniature Air Launched Decoy (MALD) will be released in early March 1996 in lieu of 6 February 1996. A CBB Notice of Contract Action (NOCA) announcement will be published 15 days prior to the release of the formal MALD RFP. Only U.S. contractors are eligible for contract award.
