Rose on 703/697-2564 The Defense Supply Service-Washington intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Lexia Exchange International, 700 Welch Road, Palto Alto, CA, on behalf of the National Security Education Program (NSEP) which seeks research and administrative contractual support closely coordinated with the operational development of the program's undergraduate scholarship and graduate fellowship programs. The contractor will be involved in identifying elements which may hinder the participation of undergraduate and graduate students in various forms of international education and provide specific models and recommendations for the program. The contractor must have unique and intimate knowledge of the goals and objectives of the National Security Education Program as well as a detailed knowledge of the guidelines and application process.
