This is a sources sought synopsis for a national staffing arrangement and an integrated health care system to accommodate the Division of Immigration Health Services. The Department of Health and Human Services is contemplating awarding a contract for the use of a national staffing arrangement and an integrated health care system to enhance it's ability to provide quality, cost effective and accessible health care for Immigration and Naturalization Service detainees throughout the United States. The scope of this project would include two major tasks; 1) Staffing of medical and ancillary health care personnel at specific sites, A) Full Time, B) Part Time, C) Locum Tenens, 2)A managed health care component which includes, A) Development of health care preferred provider network, B) Medical claim review, pricing and analysis, C) Utilization review.
