Postal Service is compiling a list of mortgage lenders interested in providing financing to private developers of Postal Service new construction leased (NCL) projects in the states of Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, and upstate New York. USPS NCL projects typically are between 1,000 and 8,000 square foot facilities, under lease to the Postal Service for a base term of twenty years. The resultant list will be made available to private developers who respond to USPS solicitations and any developers who request a copy. Lenders interested in being placed on such a list should provide the name and address of the firm, name of contact person and telephone number to Catherine Cosgrove, Facilties Service Office, 6 Griffin Rd. North, Windsor, CT 06006-0300. The Postal Service does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this solicitation or to pay for the information solicited.
