THIS SOLICITATION IS UNRESTRICTED. Indefinite Quantity Contract for Paving at the Naval Complex, Pensacola, FL and in support of NPWC Forces to include Troy and Sheffield, AL; Vicksburg, Pasacgoula and Jackson, MS; Hurlbert Field and Panama City, FL, and Albany, GA. The work includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, management and supervision necessary to provide paving, patching, and related repair, including replacement of asphaltic and portland cement paving, slurry sealing, manhole and vale box adjustment, concrete work, stripping, curbs/gutters, sidewalks, concrete/metal pipe replacement and miscellaneous roadway and drainage fixtures and grassing. Guaranteed Minimum of $30,000 will be ordered the first year of the contract. The solicitation has two one-year options that may be exercised solely at the Government discretion with the same yearly guaranteed minimum if the option is exercised. However, the Government has no obligation to exercise either or both options. There is a $25.00 (Non-refundable) fee per set of plans and specifications. Plans and Specifications will be available 30 days prior to the approximate bid opening date and UNTIL SUPPLY IS EXHAUSTED.
