Time for completion: 205 calendar days after receipt of notice to
proceed. No document charge or deposit is required. Project involves:
Retrofit existing fluorescent light fixtures installed in twelve (12)
buildings at the Federal Center Complex, 4300 Goodfellow Boulevard, St.
Louis, MO. There are 2410 existing light fixtures requiring the
retrofit. Retrofits to include washing of luminaries. PCB ballasts will
be disposed of in an appropriate manner. UNIT PRICE NO. 1: Relocate
existing 2x4 lay-in fixture, multiplier 25. UNIT PRICE NO. 2:
Disconnect existing circuit, multiplier 25. UNIT PRICE NO. 3: New
branch circuit whip, multiplier 25. UNIT PRICE NO. 4: New fixture lens,
multiplier 75. UNIT PRICE NO. 5: Test existing fixture, multiplier 2.
UNIT PRICE NO. 6: Retrofit E1 for existing (4) lamp fixture, multiplier
10. UNIT PRICE NO. 7: Retrofit E2 for existing (3) lamp fixture,
multiplier 20. UNIT PRICE NO. 8: Retrofit E3 for existing (3) lamp
fixture, multiplier 20. UNIT PRICE NO. 9: Retrofit E4 for existing (2)
lamp fixture, multiplier 3. UNIT PRICE NO. 10: Retrofit E5 for
existing (1) lamp, (1) ballast fixture, multiplier 10. UNIT PRICE NO.
11: Retrofit E6 for existing (2) lamp (1) ballast fixture, multiplier

emergency battery pack 120 volt, multiplier 20. UNIT PRICE NO. 15: New
emergency battery pack 277 volt, multiplier 20. Any contractor or
subcontractor performing PCB or other hazardous material work shall
satisfy special responsibility and shall provide bodily injury
liability insurance coverage written on the comprehensive form of
policy of at least $500,000 per occurrence. Such coverage must
encompass liabilities arising from work with PCB's and other hazardous
materials involved. The Government will not indemnify against such
