There are 2410 existing light fixtures requiring the retrofit. Retrofits to include washing of luminaries. PCB ballasts will be disposed of in an appropriate manner. Any contractor or subcontractor performing PCB or other hazardous material work shall satisfy special responsibility and shall provide bodily injury liability insurance coverage written on the comprehensive form of policy of at least $500,000 per occurrence. Such coverage must encompass liabilities arising from work with PCB's and other hazardous materials involved. The Government will not indemnify against such risks.
