The U. S. Postal Service is soliciting proposals for miscellaneous repairs and alterations at the Syracuse Vehicle Maintenance Facility at 5640 East Taft Rd. Work includes, but is not limited to, lighting, HVAC, lift replacement, floor repairs and other miscellaneous work. The estimated cost of the work is between $400,000.00 and $600,000.00, with completion within 180 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. Sealed offers will be received in this office prior to, but no later than, 4:00 p.m. on February 29, 1996. Offers will not be publicly opened. The number of offers received, the identity of the offerors, the amount of any offer, or relative standing of the offerors WILL NOT BE DISCLOSED TO ANYONE until award of contract is made.
