To include application of protective coating to interior and exterior (exception: military family housing) of base facilities, including all intergal parts, cleaning exterior, sandblasting, waterblasting, layout and painting of markings on streets, parking lots, aircraft parking, taxiways, spray painting, manufacture of stencils, taping and bedding of gypsum board cracks and joints and minor repairs to existing substrates. The basic performance period will be from contract award through 30 Apr 97. The contract will include four one-year option periods. There is a non-refundable charge of $20.00 for each solicitation package. Cash will not be accepted. Checks, money orders or bank drafts should be made payable to Accounting and Finance. Only written requests will be accepted. The request and check or money order must bear the solicitation number. This is an unrestricted acquisition.
