Abernathy, (317)306-7641 Turret mounts for forward-looking infrared (FLIR) sets on HH-60H helicopters, with data, technical support, and installation in accordance with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation drawings (for mounts) and Texas Instruments Incorporated drawings (for interface control). The mount consists of a fixed structure known as the Aircraft Mount, and a removable structure, the Mission Kit Mount. Structural qualification and flight testing is required to have been successfully completed prior to delivery of (2) each units no later than (NLT) 15 Aug 96, (6) NLT 31 Oct 96, total (8). Sole-source procurement from Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, 6900 Main Street, Straford, Connecticut 06601-1381, is justified since the mounts are in development by Sikorsky under currect contract and require Sikorsky's unique knowledge, experience and expertise to continue development, production, analyiss, and support.
