The aircraft and training devices are required by September 1998. Initial deliveries of the associated data are required by February 1997. The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to contract with Sabreliner Corporation, the designer, developer, and sole producer of the T-39N and the owner of all known T-39N aircraft.
