Only one responsible source can meet the agency's requirement. This requirement is for four (4) each Automatic Transmission Impairment Measuring Sets, Consultronics Inc P/N PAT-111C, including Option 1601 (2-wire autotest) and meets North American (IEEE743) specifications. Interested parties identifying their interest and capabilities (to include all literature, catalogs, brochures, pricing and etc.) to respond to this requirement no later than 22 Feb 96. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the descretion of the government.
