Contractor will convert data provided by VA Medical Center into a electronic bill acceptable to insurance carriers (third party payors) and forward bills electronically. Claims are currently being processed by the Cleveland, VAMC for the Cincinnati, Cleveland and Columbus VA facilities. Claims processing shall include UB-82, UB-92 and HCFA 1500 claims. Period of performance shall be from 3-18-96 through September 30, 1996 with two (2) one (1) year option renewals.
