The Defense Information Technology Contracting Office proposes to modify an existing contract on a sole source basis to authorize the depot level repair and maintenance services for the Rapid Deployment Voice Switching Systems (RDVS) manufactured by Litton-Amecom and installed in the FAA Airport Traffic Control Tower (ATCTs). The design and repair data for the RDVS system are solely owned (along with the rights) by Litton-Amecom. See Note 22. (0033)
