The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement to accomplish test equipment repair and calibration for the FAA Logistics Center. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 7629. The resulting contract will include FAR Clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, and 52.217-9, Option to Extend the Term of the Contract. The contractor shall provide all services, personnel, material, supplies, supervision, labor, and equipment, except that specified as Government furnished, required to operate the Test Equipment Repair and Calibration workcenter at the Mike Monroney Aernautical Center (MMAC), Oklahoma City, OK. The contract will be an indefinite quantity/indefinite delivery type contract for a one (1) year period and with four (4) 1-year options. This requirement will be processed using full and open competitive procedures. Award will be based on greatest value to the Government. Offerors will be required to submit a technical proposal to be evaluated using criteria as set forth in the RFP. A pre-proposal conference will be held will be held approximately 30 days after issuance of the RFP in Oklahoma City, OK, including a tour of the workcenter and a question and answer period.
