Physician must be a Board Certified Gynecologist with experience in gynecologic surgery and procedures. Services shall be provided on-site approximately 20 hours per week. Contractor shall provide all malpractice insurance, vacation and sick leave pay, workmen's compensation, retirement and all other fringe benefits. Contract period shall be from date of award with two 12-month options to renew. Bid documents will be available on or about February 29, 1996. All requests for bid documents shall be in writing or by fax 612-725-2072. The Government's obligation under this solicitation is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
