The Program Manager for Rocky Mountain Arsenal seeks qualified Small Business firms who can perform information storage and retrieval services in support of the administrative record at Rocky Mountain Arsenal. The work will be under Standard Industrial Code 7375, for which the size standard is $18 million. The record is part of the long-term environmental restoration effort ongoing at the Arsenal. The work under this RFP includes the following: maintain existing adminstrative records and other forms of documentation; assist and advise in overall records management activities; organize, maintain and duplicate records through the use of microfiche, microfilm, automated data processing techniques, optical disk or other photo or electronic reproduction; create and maintain automated systems supporting the administrative record and other records management activities, e.g. FOIA administrative management, mailroom activities, correspondence and files management, electronic forms and document control, etc.; document manual and automated procedures and systems; establish quality assurance procedures and quality control reviews. Work will be performed in government furnished facilities on the Arsenal (near Denver, Colorado). The contractor will provide necessary personnel, supplies, services and material. However, most ADP equipment will be government furnished. Target date for award is September, 1996. Telephone requests for copies of the RFP will not be accepted.
