The Office of Justice Programs intends to modifiy on a sole source basis Contract OJP-94-C-006, entitled NATIONAL CRIMINAL JUSTICE REFERENCE SERVICE, with Aspen Systems Corporation. The modification will incorporate additional contract requirements for communication and network support, publication support services, dissemination and distribution, and conference support under a new task entitled, ''Task 18 - OJP/OAAG Program Offices.'' The additional contract requirements will be performed during Option Years 2 and 3 of the contract. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
