No. (0632) 5224411, Ext. 3460 Fax No. (0632) 5224337 Expressions of Interest are sought for technical services to be provided to the Philippine Department of Environment and Natural Resources and other concerned government and private organizations in the implementation of ENRAP IV. Phases I and II were implemented from 1991 to 1994. Phase III's project assistance completion date is February 15, 1996. Phase IV is being proposed to: 1) generate/update/refine environmental and natural resources indicators (i.e.,pollution damages, natural resources depreciation) as inputs for national and local development planning; 2) to enhance linkages and coordination among public and private sector policy decision makers with respect to environment and natural resources management issues; 3) to identify and recommend solutions/action plan for current environment and economic issues (i.e., fishery depletion problem, environmental management in regional growth centers, establishment of ''green'' strips along Pasig River, etc.); and, 4) to replicate application of enra framework developed during Phases I and II in specific/geographical areas.
