Crawford, Contracting Officer, (919) 541-7685 NIEHS is interested in sources capable of performing desktop publishing services for NIEHS, including but not limited to handling all aspects of producing EHP monthly issues and supplemental and other NIEHS or NTP documents specified on the INTERNET and hard-copy form, marketing and selling EHP subscriptions, advertisements, and reprints, and performing any related activities which would support an NIEHS Information Service by subscription. The contractor will be required to develop and maintain a revenue-generating Information Service for the NIEHS and NTP to serve subscribers over the World Wide Web on the INTERNET. The contractor will be responsible for seeing that appropriate linkages to those resources already available on the INTERNET are developed and maintained. The contractor will be responsible for contracting with printers for production of the EHP and other documents and for marketing the information service.
