Request solicitation by mail or fax only.Requirement:Construction of a Constructed Stormwater Treatment Wetland per Government- provided design specifications on a site adjacent to Little Creek Cove on grounds of Naval Amphibious Base Little Creek VA. Constructed Wetland has been designed to treat stormwater runoff and shall be located in an area that is tidally-influenced. Contract performance shall include earthmoving in saturated soil below the groundwater surface, erosion control,pipe-laying, and other minor tasks.The Constructed Wetland shall consist of two cells,covering a total of approximately two acres. Contractor shall provide all equipment and personnel required to construct Wetland to Government design specifications. Contractor shall not be required to provide vegetation. Offerors shall be required to state their qualifications to provide a Constructed Stormwater Treatment Wetland. Contract type shall be Firm Fixed-Price.(0033)
