Carter, 907/753-2551 Description of work to be performed: Construct eight residences - (2) three bedroom single family detached houses and (3) two bedroom townhouse-style housing units, and the supporting infrastructure. The housing development will be located 1/4 mile northwest of the Cold Bay Airport, along Interior and Kennedy roads. The infrastructure consists of a water supply and distribution system, a sewage collection system, sewage line extension connecting into the city's municipal system, individual underground heating fuel tanks, and associated landscaping. Responders are advised that the requirements may be delayed, cancelled, or revised at any time during the solicitation, selection, evaluation, negotiation, and/or final award process based on decisions related to DOD changes and disposition of the Armed Services.
