The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to construct a new parking lot for 82 tractor trailers, including, but not limited to, related roadways, grading, storm drainage, site lighting, and security fencing, as further defined in the plans and specifications. The estimated cost range is between $800,000 and $860,000, with a construction completion date of 120 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. An informal job walk/through is scheduled for 8 a.m., Monday, February 26, 1996, at the Bulk Mail Center, 5800 Phantom Drive, Hazelwood (St. Louis), Missouri 63042-2487.
