In general, work includes chemically stripping of existing floor paint and disposal of hazardous waste, installation of Government furnished color base primer and topcoat. Work shall be accomplished in accordance with the paint manufacturers instructions. The Government furnished paint system is manufactured by the Tennant Company. Work will include Building 130, plus one additive (Bldg 110). Estimated dollar range is between $25,000 and $100,000. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. Firms responding should indicate if they are a small business. Solicitation packages are available at a $20.00 charge. All requests must be submitted in writing.
