The assemblies/kitsshall consist of the following: Base assembly; steel frame construction with (18) ply hardwood panel floor approx. Size of 8' wide by 20' Long. Front assembly; steel frame construction with .080 thick corrugated paneled Walls approx. 8' wide by 8'6: High. R.H. And L.H. Side assemblies; steel frame construction with .080 thick corrugated paneled Walls approx. 8'6'' high by 20' Long. Side Walls to include (9) covered 10MM dia. Vent holes and (10) lashing rings welded on the inside. Rear assembly; steel frame construction double doors hinged and sealed complete with locking Rod assemblies and all required hardware. Roofassembly; steel frame construction with .080 thick corrugated paneled top including an 8MM Camber at Center. Approx. 8' wide by 20' Long. All panels constructed to maintain a dry seal condition. Steel requirement; high strength low alloy (hsla) structural and steel conforming toastm-a242, type I or type II, hsla tubing conforming to ASTM-a847, and sheet steel conforming to ASTM-a606, type 4. RIA also request one assembly jig/fixture capable of of assembling all panels listed above for final welding/assembly. Manufacturer must prove out fixture and weld procedure by successfully completing (2) containers at the Rock Island Arsenal. Manufacturer must also agree to provide a (2) week training period for welding and inspectors. Quantities required 12 minimum 500 max., with 100% option.
