The contract will provide discharge planning and follow up for the research participants that may include referrals to other facilities or agencies. The contractor will pay all compensation to the research participants. The schedule and amount of payment are determined by the Government. The services will be performed at the NIDA, DIR on the Bayview Research Campus, Baltimore, MD. The estimated Issuance date is 2/20/96. This is a follow-on procurement to contract number NO1DA-1-6001 with NOVA Research Company. The SIC code is 8322 with a size standard of $5 million dollars.
