R -- RECEPTIONIST SERVICES, SNOW MOUNTAIN RANGER DISTRICT SOL Sol. No. 7-96-5 DUE 031596 POC Contact Point, 541/416-6534 Project Consists of providing labor, supervision, transportation, bequipment, supplies and incidentals necessary to provide receptionist services for the co-located Burns/Snow Mountain Ranger Districts on a continuous basis. Duties require answering telephones, messages, paging, monitoring radio calls, greeting visitors, and furnishing materials to all customers. Issues various permits, balances accountable items, maintains calendar for conference rooms, incoming mail (electronic and hard copy), outgoing mail, filing, data entry on computer, etc. as well as other duties such as Hunter's Booth and Xmas tree tags. Location of work is at the Snow Mountain Ranger District office located in Hines, Oregon. The office is closed for 10 Federal holidays a year. The contractor will provide uninterrupted coverage when required to be on duty. This project is 100% set-aside for small business concerns (0036)
