The EMCS is a Direct Digital Control (DDC) system with a communication sewer workstation located at Bldg 73. Communication between the three (3) workstation (INFOSCAN A-900 System) to the DDC system equipment is done through an eithernet 10. All buildings with DDC equipment will be connected to the system through communication sewer workstation. An Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDQ) is planned with a basic year plus 4 option years.
