The Air Force Flight Test Center intends to issue a contract to design and install air conditioning, heating and ventilation in a new fitness center to be located in Building 1600. The requirement includes the designing, furnishing and installation of a zoned combination fresh air return air conditioning and natural gas-fired heating system and all ducting necessary to support the system. Requirements shall be designed to approximately 7,500 square feet of floor space and a 9' ceiling. The control system shall be multiple zoned balanced damper system and shall have eight zones. Controls for all systems must be tied into existing building fire alarm system. A split system is required. Performance period will be 75 calendar days. This acquisition will be conducted under full and open competition. SIC Code 1711. Bids will be due 20 calendar days after issuance of the solicitation.
