The infill will provide approximately 2900 Gross Square Feet on the first floor and basement. Work to include extensive mechanical, electrical, and sprinkler work. Work to be in accordance with the specifications and drawings. Issue on February 22, 1996 with Bid Opening on March 26, 1996 at 2:00pm Local Time. The cost range is $2,000,000 to $5,000,000.
