The USAF, HSC/YAG, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio 45433-7009, has a requirement to procure Single ply flat bed pattern plotter/cutter with the following specifications. 1) Capable of cutting and plotting pattern paper, soft paper, plastic, manila, fabric, leather or composites 2) Incorporates an integrated vacuum and compressed air system for vacuum hold down 3) Turnkey system, easily integrated into a pre-existing microdynamics ads pattern and marker making and NC cut files 4) Capable of plotting soft paper patterns and graded pattern nests 5) Capable of using two or more tools at one time to allow for cutting, notching, drilling, perforating and marking with a pen 6) Includes an operating console with graphical display with automatic power up self test features and built in diagnostic utilities 7) Height adjustable cutting tools with blades for knives or wheel blades and notching and drill capabilities 8) Minimum cutting area 45'' x 55'', maximum cutting area 62'' x 79'', maximum machine area 91'' x 100'' 9) Minimum resolution .01MM and accuracy .2MM 10) Accuracy between computerized pattern design and cut part 11) Capable of recording changes and repeatability 12) All hardware and software cable included to install to and run with the existing system, Microdynamics apparel design system micromark version 9.2.1 13) On site training for two individuals 14) Low maintenance system 15) One year parts and service warranty 16) Installation and connection to existing Microdynamics System.
