The Montana Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) requests bids to conduct soil and groundwater cleanup actions at this site. Bid packages may be obtained from the Engineer after March 1, 1996. This project is being funded through an EPA grant and bidders are notified this project is dependent upon federal and state budget authorization processes and that actions by Congress, the State legislature, and other parties may preclude funding and prevent the start or completion of part or all of this project. If such conditions arise before the bid closing date, DEQ will provide notice to prospective bidders. (037)
