York VA Medical Center, 3400 Lebanon Road, Murfreesboro, Tennessee and also back-up coverage at the Primary Care Center, located at the Arnold Air Force Base, Coffee County, Tennessee. The physician must be licensed in the State of Tennessee. A contractor's employee must be present at the VA Medical Center or VA Primary Care Center and performing required services for the period specified in the contract. A record keeping system for contractor's hours will be established. Payment for sick leave, holidays or vacation are the responsibility of the contractor.
