Present contractor provides technical assistance to the CCPAP Secretariat in the implementation of infrastructure projects through the build-operate-transfer (BOT) scheme under the operations/institutional support component of the Philippines Assistance Support Program (PAPSP). The BOT Program is moving into its second phase (BOT 2) and a new technical assistance contractor will be selected and procurement is currently in process. In the meantime, USAID intends to extend the current contract through February 15, 1996 or until a new contractor for BOT 2 is selected to bridge the gap. This would involve a no cost increase in level of effort by 28.83 person months from 543.5 person months to 571.33 person months, to complete on-going activities and facilitate the orderly close out of the contract.
