EMBASSY/DEFENSE ATTACHE LUNCHEON PROGRAM, WASHINGTON, DC The February 15, 1996 Luncheon Program will feature the Embassy of Norway. This program has developed into an important forum for strengthening relations between the United States and the Defense Attaches from these countries. The February 15, 1996 program will be held at the Carlton Hotel, 923 16th and ``K'' Street, NW, Washington, DC. Major General Bjorn M. Nygard, Defense Attache, will lead the discussion with the Norwegian Military Attache Staff. The reception will begin at 11:30 am and the luncheon will begin at 12:15 pm.
