Food Service requirements contract for the Kansas Army National Guard, Leader Development Training Center, Ft Leavenworth, Kansas. A one year contract is required with two additional one year options. We will place individual delivery orders against the basic requirements contract to support individual exercises or seminars. Estimated yearly requirements are: 1300 meals per serving, three meals per day, to support a 24 hour continuous operation for 20 to 30 continuous days for period in late July through early August; 15 each five-day seminars serving approximately 100 meals per serving, three meals per day, occurring once or twice monthly. Limited kitchen facilities are available. If possible, for headcounts below 200, meals should be prepared on-site utilizing the government kitchen facilities. However, due to limited facilities, headcounts above 200 will require some food items to be prepared and cooked off-site and transported to the training center for serving. The vendor; therefore, must have a permanent facility located within a reasonable distance of Ft. Leavenworth, Kansas to allow for transporting of food items without spoilage.
