Wyatt (303) 289-0134 (Site Code DAAM02) Services are required for Ground Maintenance, Rocky Mountain Arsenal (RMA). Work consists of but is not limited to weekly mowing of lawns, trimming around trees and shrubs, fences, monuments, flagpoles, walls, buildings; trimming of trees, and shrubs; raking and removal of trash and mowed cuttings; edging around curbs, concrete, walls; weed control; mowing of weeds; and removal of trash and mowed cuttings. Lawn care is estimated at thirty-nine (39) acres. Mowing perimeter roads, mow weeds both sides of road around the boundary of the RMA. Mow shoulder roads, mowing weeds 12' both sides of the roads from grade line out. Weed mowing is approximately five hundred fifty-eight (558) acres. Mowing the weeds in the areas specified will provide firebreaks to minimize the hazards of a range fire within a twenty-seven (27) square mile area. Areas covered are depicted in the statement of work and drawings incorporated into the solicitation. The period of performance will be one base year (01 Apr 96 - 30 Nov 96), with one option year (Apr 97 - Nov 97). The Standard Industrial Code is 0782.
