The Contractor will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering soldier and family social support services that contribute to overall morale, welfare, and promote self-reliance, resiliency, and stability in the military community. Contract will be for a 7 month base period, 1 March 1996 - 30 September 1996 with two (2) option years.
