It must be capable of hovering out of ground effect at 8,000feet MSL at +28 degrees centigrade with an internal payload of 800 pounds as determined by US Forest Service Helicopter Load Calculation (FS 5700-7) using actualpilot weight and fuel for one hour and 30 minutes flight time. Aircraft must haveminimum seating capacity of four passengers/helitack crew with a maximum of one passenger in the front seat. Contractor to furnish pilot, service truck driver, andmechanic with relief pilot and mechanic. Aircraft must be capable of operating fromthe designated base, which is Monument Fire Center, Monument, Colorado, for the mandatory availability period of June 10, 1996 through September 8, 1996.
