(A) Facilities and services to receive, store, and ship one or more upgrades of U.S. Government-owned fuel along the Arabian Gulf Littoral on the east coast of Saudi Arabia, south from Al Jubail, including Bahrain and the UAE, but excluding Oman, 3,500,000 barrels of JP-5 and/or Jet A1. A minimum of 800,000 barrels of JP-5 storage must be on the island of Bahrain. Receiving will be via tanker/barge and/or pipeline. Shipping will be via tanker/barge, tank truck and/or pipeline. Contract period: a five year multi-year contract or one year with four option years. Start date: 10 Jun 96. (B) Facilities and services to receive, store, and ship U.S. Government-owned fuel in the Red Sea, all countries along the Red Sea and the Gulf of Suez, 600,000 barrels of storage: 300,000 barrels of JP-5 and 300,000 barrels of F76. Receiving will be via tanker/barge and/or pipeline. Shipping will be via tanker/barge and/or pipeline. Contract period: 1 five year multi-year contract or one year with four option years.
