Blvd., Newnan, GA. The building will have approximately 35,000 gross SF of floor space. The plans were prepared using the Kit of Parts program. The estimated cost of this project is between $3,000,000 and $4,000,000 with completion within 330 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
