Construct new concrete foundation and erect GOVERNMENT FURNISHED PIPE TOWER upon new foundation. Provide temporary navigational light on site at all times during construction. Existing light system and dayboards shall be removed by the Government inmmediately prior to demolition. Government shall reinstall light system and dayboards onto new light tower upon completion of work. The estimated cost of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. SIC code is 1629.
