The work consist of furnishing all plant, labor, materials and equipment, and performing all work necessary for replacement of approximately 52,000 SF Existing Roofing in accordance with the specifications, schedules and drawings for this project. The work to be performed includes the following principal features. Removal and disposal of existing roofing, gravel, flashing. Insulation down to Roof Deck to clean out roof drainage system & replace any roof drain caps that are damaged. Recaulking at the junction of drain pipes & roof drain is included. Interior collateral damage such as ceiling tile replacement & ceiling and wall gypsum board damage to be repaired and finished. Furnishing and installation of new installation, pitch pockets, EPDM membrane, flashing per plans & specifications and clean up the site. The estimated price range is between $250,000.00 and $350,000.00 with completion within 90 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. A pre-proposal conference will be held March 5, 1996 at the facility located at 201 E. Patrick St. corner of `E' St., Frederick MD 21770-9998. Proposals are due by 4:00 PM on March 19, 1996. Plans and specifications will be available on or about February 20, 1996 at a cost of $40.00 per set, Non-Refundable.
