The work includes all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary for obtaining a site, design and construction of a Postal owned facility. The Developer/Contractor must possess all state and local required licenses for this type of work in the area stated above. Qualification Requirements: Offers will only be considered from firms who meet one of the following requirements: (1) Firms with in-house architecture/engineering and construction resources; (2) Firms intending to subcontract or joint venture architecture/engineering services or construction services. Such firms must demonstrate having successfully worked together on previous project of similar size and nature. A 30% design concept will be provided.
