The project includes, providing all supervision, labor, materials, transportation and equipment to perform repairs, as follows: Improvements to existing first floor storage room to create new office spaces, including demolition, new walls, doors, hardware and finishes. Existing toilet rooms modified and finishes improved, including new toilet accessories and shower stalls. Existing meeting room and corridor to receive new finishes and minor alterations. Improvements to existing second floor offices, including demolition, new carpeting, repainting all existing painted finishes and wall coverings, modifications of existing doors, new corridor finishes, replacement of existing acoustic ceiling tiles with new tiles and painting the acoustic ceiling grid to remain. Electrical and mechanical improvements, including a new chiller, a separate rooftop unit for first floor offices, toilet room plumbing and modifications to existing electrical and mechanical work at the US Naval Station, Annapolis, Maryland. The estimate date for availability for this project is 22 January 1996. The estimated cost range for this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00.
